Silvana is an Organizational Strategist with broad, deep, and hands-on experience as a business leader. For over two decades, she has led in global technology organizations driving business outcomes, while cultivating environments that empower the individuals at its core.

She holds a graduate degree in Organizational Development and Design, is a certified Conscious Leadership coach and serves as a professor in Organizational Leadership.

Silvana specializes in partnering with leaders and organizations in defining objectives, and creating programs that work as effective connected systems. She navigating change, and expanding cultures that resonate with company values, captivate employees, yield tangible business impact, and advance missions.

Issa Victoria Guzman,
Principal Consultant

Issa is an organizational development consultant, certified coach and Dream Architect based in Brooklyn, NY.

With nearly 20 years as a steward of social change and advancing social justice, she empowers organizational health through honest, engaged work environments, collective visioning, and translating big-pictures into sustainable actions.

Issa specializes in Culture Change, Strategic Planning, Equity and Anti-racism, Change Management, Leadership Development, and Healing-Centered Coaching.

As a scholar of anti-oppression and anti-racism, Black Liberation, and Emergent Strategy, she is committed to transforming beyond systems of oppression. Issa holds BA’s in Environmental Science and facilitates in English & Spanish.
